The Fast Footwork Clinic is designed to introduce different skill moves to players at varying levels of pressure.  Attendees will learn a number of different skill moves some focusing on change direction and others on changing speed and beating defenders. Space is extremely limited for this clinic.

Fast Footwork 1 is great for most 7 - 10 year olds. In footwork 1 the pressure will come from the ball, the move, and the change of speed or direction. Gradually pressure from defenders will be introduced once players are comfortable.
Fast Footwork 2 is meant for 11 - 14 year olds or younger players with a good amount of experience. In footwork 2, players will be introduced to more complex moves and will see higher levels of pressure. Players will do the moves at game like speeds with defensive pressure and need to focus on decision-making on when and what move to execute.
